I don't either but FT should then update the above wiki. Also, it would be a good idea (to say the least) for airlines to at least inform travelers that this is case and to cancel /delay until they obtain results. I was told the change occurred "some time in December" as well. She was told nothing about this at all at check in. Upon arrival she just rebooked and the next flight back, this was yesterday. I suspect she will now test at SFO and return ASAP.
