Here we go (see below). Probably it is the way I'm trying to add the trip by just using the PNR reference and First & Last name instead of forwarding the booking to Checkmytrip. When doing the forwarding, yes it works, but all the key, relevant details are missing. Even cabin isn't shown (it is Biz), no ticket numbers and when displaying the seat map it shows me Eco section. Oh well.



I did go ahead and installed the Avianca app and yes I can add the itineraries and if I go into the details of each reservation under "Manage my Bookings" it shows the reservation status as confirmed and the e-ticket numbers correspond to what LX shows as well. Just wondering if on the "Manage my Bookings" overview page the "status" of the flight showing as "Pending" is normal, e.g. still far out and hence shown as pending or does it mean something else? Sorry for the question, just didn't use the AV app in the past. Thank you.
