The junior suites here are only 50 sqm so not significantly larger than the entry level room at many other hotels. In my opinion this is not the best property to look at if suite upgrades are important and in fact you can confirm this fact by looking at the cash price difference between standard rooms and junior suites - it's quite modest. So an upgrade has limited value.
