We may need to wait for the Waldo's project in Atlanta: https://www.waldosatl.com/ or for the one in downtown Bentonville, AR: https://talkbusiness.net/2021/01/dev...n-hotel-brand/.

Quote from TB&P-story:
Hilton says the average Motto by Hilton guest room is 163 square feet. They include space-saving features such as wall-beds, lofted beds, segmented shower and toilet stalls, and multi-functional furniture that can be discreetly stowed when not in use. Eliminating the hassle of coordinating travel for larger groups, Motto by Hilton hotels will have the option for guests to book multiple connecting rooms in advance. Motto by Hilton hotels will allow guests to split payments between more than one person at the time of booking, avoiding the sometimes-complicated math exercise during checkout.

PDF of what the floorplan would be of a proposed Motto in Austin, TX: http://www.austintexas.gov/edims/document.cfm?id=344051, but the company next to it appears to have aquired the property, because they needed more space and didn't like a 12-story hotel next door.

Update: The Waldo-protject in Atlanta has yet to be built, the underground parking has to be finished (projected for March 2022) before anything else will come about. The one in Bentonville will open Q4 2022, edit: make that 2024.

The first 'ground-up' US Motto will now probably be the one in the Times Square district, NY.
