We have Heathrow to Gran Canaria flights booked for March. We are looking to push the flights back till later in the year but although there are flights operating later in the year it won’t offer us the option to change them online. Would this be to do with the fact that the flights later in the year are showing as operating from Gatwick instead? Would we be able to do this change by calling the Gold line? The self serve option in MMB allows for automatic revalidation of your ticket, but shifting to another airport almost always means reissuing your ticket, so yes, you would need to call up. There is a note on BA.com to ring up for rebookings rather than relying on MMB. And this is due to the limitations of this area, though it's now a lot better than it used to be. Regardless of that comment on BA.com, it's obviously fine to use MMB if it provides an option that you like.
