Do I need negative covid test if changing terminals at ORD Chicago airport?

Hello,

My wife has a flight to India from Chicago ORD airport (terminal 1) on Feb. 23rd. We live in Texas (orange state according to city of Chicago listing). I am planning to accompany her upto Chicago airport, so I have a round trip flight tickets from Dallas to Chicago, arriving on Feb. 23rd morning in terminal 5 ORD and departure from terminal 5 ORD in the evening. Once I arrive at the terminal 5 with her, I may accompany her upto terminal 1, stay there for a while and then come back to terminal 5 to catch my flight to Dallas.

My wife will have a covid test since she is travelling to India, however do I need negative covid test too considering I am only travelling between terminals at ORD and staying there less than 24 hours. I did not get exact information in their website.
