Haha not just the a319, most of the current airliners that I can think of.

The large fan blade has that sound from the A320 series, 747, 777, 767, etc with their large fan motors.

Have you been on an a319NEO? That fan noise is almost gone and the engine incredibly silent if sitting up front. The "geared turbofan" allows for a slower-spinning giant front fan that makes for much less noise.

Jets like the 727 and Md80 had it minimally, you could hear the "whine" of the jet engine when far enough forward on takeoff. The sound of a "real" jet, IMO.

This "buzzsaw" noise, as it's been described, will likely go the way of the dodo eventually with the newer-generation geared turbofan jets. Wait 20 years or so, you'll rarely if ever hear it.
