As mentioned, except for TLV, there are presently no (special) meals than can be pre-ordered.
A vegetarian pasta is commonly offered on Polaris routes but not always. And some meals can be converted by removing the animal protein.
However, the short answer, is to assume neither is offered and bring your own special food -- it may not be fair but that is reality.
