Sounds good, but is it kosher? It just doesn't feel right. (we currently maintain US and Aus residences, but not EU--tho this may change). Last time she moved, they closed down the old account and opened a new one with a poor conversion ratio for miles.

Yes, that's what they said they would do. I will probably have about 400 something BA and 150 odd QF, so that makes 550, and we are flying again several times this year, so will easily make 700.
