It doesn't seem to exist by that name on the web site anymore (even though the app still uses that term -- nice consistent experience across platforms )

WScottsdaleInsider gave you the direct link, but if you want to know how to navigate to it I think the "fastest" way is to use the pulldown menu in the upper right where your name is, then click Profile at the bottom, and then there will be a menu on the left with choices that includes My Profile > Certificates, eCredits & Vouchers.
