There is no other difference. There are some pics of the interior of the second room posted a while back in this thread. Probably the same ones as you can find on Hilton's websites I guess.

If you do a search choosing flexible dates you will be able to book more than 365 days in advance (unless they've changed the way it works in the last 12 months or so).
