Additionally Mrs kiwimagic made a booking from her account on Jan. 7th using a 40k free night certificate by telephone with Marriott. Emails received confirm it was booked twice then cancelled once and then rebooked again. The 40k certificate was taken but the reservation shows points were used for the booking. The 40k certificate has disappeared. Again we screenshot a lot.
Is a Marriott Lurker willing to assist, btw I am Platinum and Mrs is LTT.
