Gesture of chocolate bar is nice but distribution is hit or miss. I know this is AS way to empower its workers to making connection with its best customers.... but they could still do that without chocolates. I know Delta empowers its flight attendant to thanks million milers to thanking them personally but no chocolate. moving forward, wouldn’t we appreciate miles more? Automated deposit of say 250 or 500 miles would make it a guarantee for rewards we like more, or better compensation of food inflight.
