The MA Duna Club lounges (admittedly rather basic) in BUD still have signs outside saying that KLPEs have access regardless of airline flown.

(In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to be also allowed into the AZ lounge in LHR T2 when flying on MA. It was in their handbook, handwritten in the margin...)
