Some, but not all. BA’s benefits are based on IATA standards and interline arrangements, which obviously easyJet doesn’t have as they’re not members. But for those who prefer Europe travel, either for family reasons or their own, I understand easyJet‘s benefits are much better than BA’s.

There’s also the regional question... in that BA doesn’t have any. Many of the former BA crew who have joined easyJet did so because they wanted to work from the north or Scotland, where you get a much better work-life balance being based locally than commuting to London.
