Agree with ENTP - working for BA the world is your oyster. A few other things might also be a factor, including the possibility of delivering premium cabin service rather than just LCC, and perhaps a different customer segment. I don’t envy crews doing Mallorca or Ibiza routes from Luton...

Do EasyJet employees have access to the same ID travel and discounts as BA? That might also be a draw.
