I was on a BA flight, where a chap near me was chatting up a guy from the cabin crew, who said that he used to work for Easyjet, and then moved to BA.

Why would a CC member move from Easyjet - I wonder if there is a feeling of 'superiority' when working for BA, rather than a low cost airline? or would they only do this for pay reasons?
Me personally, when i fly on easyjet i feel in a way a bit sorry for them that they work for a LCC, which are always looked down upon (except in regards of their cheap prices)
So, in other words, would a qualified crew member prefer BA for anything else besides for money? or is it only the fliers?
