Can’t cash out. Lyft driver
hi all,
I did some rides today and the app shows that I have $24.95 eligible to cash out. When I push the cash out button it tells me I need to have more than $5.50 to be able to cash out.
I contacted support on this described my problem through the text waited and was told that I would be contacted by a specialized team through email. That was at noon. Still no email.
I just spent another hour in a text conversation, off and on, and again received the same answer. Both issues through text have been closed. And no email has come through.
The app is fully updated.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting things that the Internet tells me to do such as turn the phone on and off for more than 30 seconds toggle airplane mode shut off all the apps blah blah blah blah. None of those have helped. The only thing that I haven’t done is uninstall and reinstall the app.
I’ve screenshot it everything from the app and I’ve also gone online to the Lyft website and screenshot it my information.
I’m very hesitant to go back online and do more rides because of this issue.
The chat support representatives have both told me that my metrics are great and I haven’t had any problems.
Anybody else have experience with this? Should I just go ahead and reinstall the app and see what happens? Any help would be greatly appreciated in this as I need to get back on the road tomorrow morning and earning money.

EDIT: just to add it has worked fine every day including yesterday. Bank account is fine and all information is good. My concern is that it shows I have $24 available but then the pop-up menu says you need more than $5.50.
