The Beekman NYC is nice, but I wouldn't call it aspirational.

There are quite a few recently added properties for which we have few if any data points. And then of course the SLH properties. On that subject, I'll add a lesser known one:

Villa Spalletti Trivelli, Rome. One of my best stays anywhere, ever (pre-Hyatt).
