I have a 2-4-1 booking to USA in April 21 which I am unlikely to go ahead with. Before I cancel, I would like to ascertain the expiry date of the 2-4-1 voucher. Unfortunately, I don’t have any other pending vouchers so cant select the link to see my voucher history but seem to remember somebody posting instructions on how to do it. Can somebody please help?
Yes, so go on your BAEC homepage, click on "Manage my account" to see the drop down menu, and click on "Manage my account" at the top of the list. Then click on "View eVouchers" in the "My eVouchers" box at the bottom. That should show you all your evouchers, including all the used ones and the expiry dates.
