My perception of Hyatt for a long time was, while similar to Starwood in size and elite benefits, definitely lacking a bit in having the scope of aspirational properties (you had PH and StR, respectively, but then Starwood had the amazing Luxury Collection properties where many of us have had some truly aspirational stays over the years).

While not necessarily luxury, seems like Thompsons may be knocking on the door a bit, and some of the OUS ones you could call aspirational. Same goes for Alila.

Unbound, while *interesting*, by design will be a notch below (like Tribute or Autograph).
