I have a 4 night stay at the (SLH) Vista Palazzo Lago Di Como (basically, right on Lake Como, in the town). Going rate looks to be $1K/night or so, so 40K while steep still a good redemption.

And then 2 nights at the PH Milan.

In May, fingers crossed I can make it happen.
