In that situation it definitely makes sense to go with the WFH rate! But I've also seen situations where the WFH rate is (sometimes significantly) higher. E.g. The Confidante Miami Beach for a random week (2/17 - 2/24) is $329 for WFH (although it does state there will be a 2nd adjacent guestroom and a $25 F&B credit) but the cheapest rate is $194.
