To revive this thread. Visible now does eSim (for new subscribers on iPhone). If you load Visible as your e-sim, you have in essence unlimited hotspot on verizon network for $25/month (using their party pay system).
Visible is good if you live in an uncongested Verizon area, but can be slow if you suffer congestion.
