I didn’t want to contact the airline if it’s something that is normal for not all the flights to appear at once, will give it a few days and see what happens before I contact BA.
Are you using the AA record locator on the AA site. I had a similar issue when I bought a ticket on AA. Even though there was on AA record locator, there were two different record locators for BA. I was having an issue with getting an error when trying to complete the booking. I called AA and the agent told me there was not availability for business class for the GOA (Genoa) to LGW segment. He was able to get it done, but the tool I used to get the BA number gave me a booking number without that segment in it. So, I called BA and they gave me another record locator that showed only the other flights. The AA record showed everything on the AA site. I was still concerned, but this is no longer a problem as I had to get it all changed because BA stopped the flight I was on from LGW to JFK, and also change the LHR-BLQ (Bologna) leg on the outbound part of the ticket, and that leg departure was 15 minutes BEFORE the arrival time for my DFW-LHR flight. So, I got on an earlier flight that would have originally cost me more, and on the return flight, I replace GOA-LGW-JFK(overnight)-DFW with GOA-LGW(overnight) then LHR-DFW. The only concern now is whether Immigration at LGW is ok with my wife making the transit without visa. As she is a US Permanent Resident and I don't want to apply for a UK visa. My understanding is a VIsa is not needed to travel from LGW to LHR if
  • you arrive and depart by air (My understanding is this applies even if changing airports from LGW to LHR)
  • have a confirmed onward flight that leaves on the day you arrive or before midnight on the day after you arrive
  • have the correct documents for your destination (eg a visa for that country)
  • have an expired USA I-551 Permanent Residence card issued by the USA on or after 21 April 1998, with a valid I-797 letter authorising extension
