I clicked through the lounge links in MMB and it took me to the OW site which shows all the lounges open at CDG for OW. Only one lounge is open for OW elites and business travelers and that is the AF lounge in 2E (K). But it turns out that only JAL is paying AF for this service for its passengers. Not BA.
