yes; I took my walk and returned home at 4, and we were hungry so it was an easy supper to have ready by 5 or 5:30; already forget timing. I wanted to make pizza but I’ll maybe do it tomorrow or Tuesday for luncheon. Maybe Tuesday as we will have king crab legs on Monday supper so I might want to cook something Asian for my luncheon! Or I might cheat and get a rotisserie chicken because then I can make curried chicken salad for sandwich luncheons for the week.
Can I ask why you always call your lunch “luncheon”? It seems an odd choice when it is just a regular lunch at home?
