Encounter is one of my favorites. Love the view.

But you may also want to try The Proud Bird. It will require a 5-10 minute taxi ride. It sits adjacent to south set of runways at Aviation Blvd. Great view of the airport.

Another idea is a ride to to the Hughes Center (takes about 10 minutes by taxi). Mrs. Mach and I did this a couple years ago during a long layover.
