Many years ago, a dear elderly friend of mine, wrote a letter stating that if anything should happen to her I would inherit any points or miles she had. It was signed by two other people as witnesses. She just passed. There are 300,000 miles on Delta and some in BA. Will the airline accept that and let me use the miles?
