The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is a property I have been to many times and we were tempted by the WFH rates there, they lowered the minimum to five nights from seven nights, it's available for just over $300/night right now, which includes a $50/day F&B credit, waived parking and resort fees, and some other more nebulous benefits. In May the price drops to $268/night.
This doesn't meet the price criteria mentioned in the first post, but I believe some properties have gotten rid of the F&B credit, making the rate less attractive anyway.
