Construction started at the end of 2020 (delayed due to covid). Progress is looking great so far (see pics) . Expected to finish late 2023 early 2024.

W Hotel and residences Cape Town

Yes, you read that correctly. This property is still in the planing stage but the City has approved the proposal which is usually the longest process. Planned to be a 200 Room W Hotel. Rooms to be on floors 5-15 in what's going to be the tallest building in Cape Town. This is of course in addition to the 111 residences that will accompany the hotel spread over floors 18-33.

Total # of floors is 35 all linked to the hotel (restaurants, Spa, pool etc)
