I would choose Hawaii before Florida, but Hawaii is too remote in ways.
Spain before French Polynesia, as French Polynesia is too remote in ways.
I wouldn't even consider Finland when even so many Finns normally prefer to be in Sweden rather than in Finland.

I would probably rank it in order from best (for me at this time) to worst (for me at this time): Spain, Florida, Hawaii, Finland, Tahiti. Under other circumstances, I would have Hawaii before Florida.
