As Della's is currently closed and the Coffee & Tea shop isn't open daily, my experience the last week in December was that I could use it anywhere successfully.

Supposed to, but you need to be sure your Hyatt number is on the record when you check-in otherwise plan to have to submit claims to get the credits.
