No one would seriously take 4 y seats over a J seat for a long flight. The seats are comfortable enough to sleep in and the service and TV is miles better.
The TV wasn't mentioned - no debate with that, however, taking an aisle seat just means you have someone climbing over you.. not ideal when the individual next to you lacks some basic personal hygiene. Flown much out of TUN?

If anything, the flatbed B777 and A380 seats are angled backwards, with your feet slightly above your head (which isn't good for sleeping). There was one guy on the BA forum that used to insist on sleeping the wrong way round - with his head at the end of the bed. Some cabin crew were OK with that, some insisted it was a safety issue.
I'm no fan of the EK B777 J seat, and I'll actively avoid it, but to say it's worse than Y or PE is just "none sense". Or as Phil Collins would say :-
