Only a few weeks ago, that same $85 daily rate was available but with 3rd night free Hyatt Privé promo it netted $55++ if booking in blocks of 3 nights, not to mention 100 USD F&B credit during the stay. This price is more aligned with what we can currently find on the Marriott side, unlike HR. I got a suite at GH back in July and I would expect I will again next time given low occupancy so the fact that entry level rooms are small is less of a concern at this point in time as far as I am concerned, although perhaps I could be wrong and miss out on the suite next time, we'll see. I just could not get myself to pick HR for double the price vs GH and no F&B credit.
