depending on dates of flight, there should not be any change fee, just fare difference. i have had to change a multitude of AA flights now and it is super easy online to manage even with routing changes and all that and it just spits out a number of options and costs for each. it is a great system IMHO.


as for booking, all i can say is good luck! i have only tried twice and each time it was not possible bc the BA agent could not see the relevant AA bucket...this was a while back though. also perennially frustrating is AA agents cannot see web only special fares so i dont see how/why BA agents would be able to.
