Where besides AMS does KL have Crown Lounges?

Received the KL E-news by e-mail on 12 October. There is an interesting note on lounge access for Platinum Elite members.

KL E-news: <Contrary to what was reported in the previous FD news, Platinum Elite members will continue to enjoy complementary lounge access to KLM Crown Lounges irrespective of the airline flown. KLM is pleased to announce the opening of the new KLM Crown Lounge in Toronto that has twice the capacity of the previous lounge.>

Crown lounge, Hmmm, On 11 October before boarding a BA flight I went to the Sky Team lounge at Gatwick. Since 15 September KLM is a member of Sky Team. With my PE card I was denied access. Lounge access is only allowed when flying a Sky Team partner airline.

Lets see what the FD-news Oct/Nov on the KL website states: <Contrary to what was reported in the previous FD News, Platinum Elite members enjoy complimentary access - regardless of airline flown - to KLM Crown Lounges only. Access to other lounges contracted by KLM in destinations with direct service to or from Amsterdam is available to Platinum Elite members when flying KLM or any one of the KLM codeshare or SkyTeam partners. KLM welcomes Platinum Elite members - with at most two guests at Amsterdam Schiphol and one guest elsewhere and regardless airline flown - at the KLM Crown Lounges in Amsterdam, Dubai, Glasgow, Houston and Johannesburg. KLM is pleased to announce the opening of the new KLM Crown Lounge in Toronto, which has twice the capacity of the previous lounge.>

OK, this leaves me the question where besides AMS does KL have Crown Lounges?
