That won't happen. Just in the U.S., federal law prohibits airlines discriminating passengers by religion. While most won't, some religions are against vaccines. So forcing them to be immunized is against the law.
As with required vaccinations for schools, there would of course be exemptions for those who can document their reasons. The same could easily apply for flying.
