That won't happen. Just in the U.S., federal law prohibits airlines discriminating passengers by religion. While most won't, some religions are against vaccines. So forcing them to be immunized is against the law.

While I like the way you think, FedEx is actually the worst. FedEx is one of a few airlines in the world still running in full capacity, i.e. no massive cancellation. So FedEx's cargo space is already under pressure as fewer commercial flights. You put the vaccine on the hand of FedEx? A even more bigger mess.

Note - I am not saying FedEx is not competent. But simply this time, it is not a good choice.
