Looks like a balance of crunchiness and gooeyness !

Tried these artisanal mochi for the first time too . The peach ones are sweeter .
Forgot to take photos of opened ones ! After carefully opening the delicate pretty wrapper , just wanted to savour them & popped them right in !
And for one who does not usually eat mochi too ..
