Has anyone come across an official source stating a firm implementation date next week? The BBC reported a couple of hours ago that Shapps told LBC this morning that the testing rule will come into force "likely on Wednesday or Thursday next week".

It would obviously be nice o get clarity, especially for those among us who are on the road for work needs.
