Those vaccinated are (in general terms) safe. But there is as yet no clear evidence that they cannot carry and transmit infection.

Countries you visit care little about your health: they are interested in protecting their citizens and the national health services.

So until/unless it is established that thevaccine suppresses infectivity, or the country to be visited has achieved its target of protecting its people, your vaccine status as a visitor will have no impact on access.
