Pre-ordering online is exactly like ordering special meals from a logistics point of view.

BoB is a different thing: beside the obvious uncertainty (the Ibiza example is unfair in my opinion; a GVA on half term during winter vs a GVA the day before when it's only bankers is a better one), you have the other issue of having a fairly large menu with lots of options, all while you have limited space onboard (half a galley at the back) with return catering. But that's how Alex wanted it...
