This is a concern, particularly if loading for each flight is to be to the exact aggregate of all the orders for each flight (as would make sense if it is pre-order only) and therefore no contingency stock.
Certainly in some of my home supermarket deliveries I've occasionally got an item from what I assume was meant to be in someone else's crate by accident ... I could see this happening in such a system too.
