Everyone's situation is different; my RTWs don't have lots of segments that jump around, so I'd probably eek out better on 016, but very much not so not so for many others who load up on segments. Haven't done one of these in so long because the prices inflated and now I'm better off on regular fares.

That's why I recommend a good travel agent-- one who knows air tariffs well. I'm glad the OP found one.
