I haven't done my homework, but iirc ex-Namibia fares are comparable to ex-RSA, i.e. quite high. Does it make sense to begin ex-CAI? There are a couple of agents there - Emeco and BA - that are reasonably good at these. Remember that you pay a penalty in the starting continent in that you only get 2 stopovers, and can't buy extra segments. If you start in Africa, you only can have 2 African stops and 4 segments. If you start in CAI you can buy two extra African segments and stop as many places as you have segments, but now are restricted in your European travels (CAI = Europe for this).
