I don't think they have much choice than to run a batch around now - plenty of people booked stays straddling the new year before they extended the promo. I don't think extending the promo releases them from the original terms. I an not counting on that, though, because I booked after the terms had changed so I wouldn't have a leg to stand on to complain. Early birds have every right to expect it fairly soon, though, and I'm at least a little hopeful that everyone with checkout dates before a batch is run will be credited. We'll see! I haven't gotten any bonus nights for my 2 Jan checkout just yet.
