When you said 'members selection', I thought I had missed out on some part of the program where members could select additional benefits, which is common in other programs. I wasn't aware of anything like that, and was worried I completely missed it.

I'm starting off 2021 having met Diamond already. I'm certainly not expecting to receive the Limitless status. I don't believe it's actually based on spend or stay frequency, and more likely something just offered to influential people, like CEOs and politicians. But, who knows. They never published the criteria.
