Technical Glitch when entering other OW membership number
The Iberia website seems to only accept up to 8 digits of frequent flyer number from other OW program. JALīs membership number has 9 digits and Iberia website seems to drop the first digit, therefore, couldnīt recognize the membership level and couldnīt make premium seat selection.
The could only be fixed when checkin.
I wonder if others have similar experience and if there is other way around, eg. calling to have the agent update the status manually.
