I suspected that was the case but was holding out hope. Thanks for the prompt reply. I do think I will convince her to spring for Premium Eco/Premium Plus for at least the flights there. I do wish there was a direct EWR-NBO, that would make this trip much simpler. But a few day layover in a European city seems wonderful too.

Now, if only airlines allowed us to do multi day layovers as part of same flight without having to book as multi city trip, we'd be onto something.
